It’s here. It’s finally here. September!

Or, as I like to call it (something I stole from the internet), the start of the “Ber” months. The best time of year. All of the best months end in “ber.”

August has been … weird. I had to look in my calendar on my phone to remember what we’ve been up to. Now I remember! We started the month at a family reunion, and then the following weekend we had a wedding, where I showed off my baby bump!

That’s right! Baby girl #2 coming in February!! We are so excited! Get ready for some new mama content on here as I remember the all the fun that comes with pregnancy and postpartum! And, two under two! Well, almost. Our daughters will be two years and a week apart, so I am calling it two under two.

We spent the rest of the month at birthday parties and pool parties and bridal showers and dinner parties. Now, it’s time to slowly start rolling in some falltivities!

I read two books in August. I ran into a rut, but rereading a favorite brought me back on track. You can read more about my books here.

What I’m up to in September

Travel travel travel! I am headed to Atlanta and San Ramon, California for work and I’m looking forward to exploring new places. For the California trip, I am spending an extra day or so in Napa with my travel buddy where I will see what it’s like to be a pregnant mama in Napa!

It’s also our 7-year wedding anniversary this month, so we will be celebrating that. Then, in between we are working and daycare pickup/dropoff and raising a toddler!
